How is it that we are mourning a life that is created, centered, and built on colonialism? If anything, the death of the queen should be celebrated, a long, good life she had. Her mother lived over a hundred years and she was four years short of a century. A family who seems to have the right earthly documents, living on over sixteen years of life’s grace period.
A tight-lipped monarch’s mouth forever sealed, papers were overdue and rightly denied. God takes the queen!
I hope my papers at the British High Commissioner don’t get refused.
